Impact of B1 visa on L1

Hello everyone,

I will be completing 1 year in my organization next month and would be applying for L1 visa to move to US subsidy of my organization. Also, I had traveled to US on B1 visa for 1.5 months earlier this year for same organization.

My question is would my eligibility date for applying L1 visa change because I spent 1.5 months in US and would not be completing 1 year abroad next month.
