Can somebody pl.Clarify?
My spouse is on L1B,& we the dependants r on L2,
We have got our approved extension upo 2014 from the USCIS,
We r going to Chennai to get our extended Visa stamped with the approval notice.
Friends tell us there is a chance of visa denial even with an approved extension.
Is this true?
