Hi,

I applied for L1B Visa, Request for Evedience (RFE) document was submitted, please tell me how much time it will take for accepting the document & how much it ll take for get the interview date??

Once the documents for RFE reaches USCIS, it takes anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months to get a response on the decision. Once the petition gets approved, you will have to schedule the visa interview by looking for the open dates at the consulate that you are planning to give the visa interview. If there is no 221g, you will get the stamped passport back within 2 weeks from the date of the visa interview.
