Hi Everyone,

I've applied for L1B Individual from top MNC.
I am expert in Oracle and exadata DBA with 6 years of experience. Is this skill comes under specialized skill category for L1B or anyone who can share his experience on L1B for similar job profile?

There are thousands of Oracle DBAs around. What distinguishes you from them? Its impossible to determine your specialized knowledge based on a one liner that you have written. L1B is for specialized skill sets much beyond one single technical skill. It encompasses, Organizational/client process knowledge, proprietary tools, products, techniques, research etc which are unique to you and your organizations usage There is no list out there which defines which skill sets are considered specialized. This is my opinion, do consult experts too. Read around to determine the eligibility of L1
