Can I stay If L1A rejected since L1 B I-94 is valid

Hi,

I came to US using L1B by Nov 2008 and I got new I-94 which is valid till Jun 2013. Now I am staying in I 94 and my L1B already expired.

Now my employer ready to apply L1A conversion since I got promotion.

My question is - Can I continue stay if L1A conversion rejected?.

Please help on the same.

Yes, you can continue to stay and work until the L1B I-94 remains valid.
