L1B Extension

Hi

I had applied for L1B Extension Visa in last week of Feburary 2012 at Vermont Center. USCIS site shows it is still under intial review. I would like to know till what date L1B Extension has been processed in Vermont Center. If any one who applied in last week of Feburary or there after got any status update for there case.

When does your Visa and I-94 expire? Its time you asked your attorney to take Info Pass appointment or upgrade the extension to a premium one in order to get a quick update. This is my opinion. do seek expert help too.

I applied for my L1B extension on Feb 15, 2012 Vermont center. Received RFE on June 18, 2012.

I haven't yet received RFE mail notice. The case status has changed from "Initial Review" to "RFE" on June 18, 2012 in the USCIS website.
