Can i Apply L1A immediately after L1B rejects

My Visa and I 94 got expired on 06/15/2012 and my company applied L1b extension on 06/11/2012
Preminium in another 10 days i am expecting the results , in case they rejects can i apply for L1A immedialtely and stya in USA ?

You cannot. Your I-94 is already expired and a COS to L1A is not possible when L1B extension is denied.

If you have filed under premium processing, then the lawyers should get the receipt notice in email shortly and later the hardcopy of the receipt notice will come by mail. Usually it takes about 2 weeks to get the receipt notice. But recently it is taking a bit longer. It could be because of the large volumne of H1B filing that happened before the CAP closure.

1) With my preminium entension my company applied for my wife extension (L2)
by paying 290$ fee , but i want to kow even this they will consider as premium

2) In my reciept my date of birth is wrong , this is mistake fro me while filling some form
when i cheked with my compay they told once approved you can correct , is there any problem ?

>>> There is no premium for L2. But sometimes, the L2 also gets approved when the L1 premium gets approved. If not, don;t get panic. It will take 2-3 months for the L2 to get approved.
