L1B Individual denied applying for L1B Blanket after two years

I am working for a xMNC company , like to seek your advise here
My L1 B individual petition got denied in 2010 march by USCIS with 214(c)(2)(F)(ii).
My company xMNC is trying to process my L1 B under blanket petition this time.
what are the chances this time to get the L1 B visa approved. WIll my previous denial will impact the current process as both are L1B and same company?
