Applying L2 for wife having J1 visa
Hi,
My would be wife had come to US on J1 visa last year [2011] around August and she went back to India this year [2012] in May. Mean while during her stay i came to US this February on L1-B visa. Now we are getting married at the end of this year December [marriage date is finalized my family members].
As she was in US on J1 with a two years home country stay. Can i file L2 visa for her. If not is there any other way so that she can come with me to US just after our marriage.
