Hi Kabkaba,
We have submitted paperwork for my L1 and L2 extension before my H1-B was approved to my spouse's company and they didn't file the extension yet. Do I need to update my status as H1-B now in I539 doc and also submit my current H1B I-94, H1B I797 petition and current pay stubs for my L2 extension.
Can you also please let me know what else I need to submit apart from these for L2 extension?
