  • L1 A Org Chart

    Hi

I work on a Onshore/Offshore based company.I am currently on L1b and my company is planning to convert me to L1 A.
I have 3 subordinates at Onsite and 22 subordinates at Offshore. When I do the Org Chart, should I seperate it out or I have to show all subordinates in one single Org Chart.

    Thoughts?

As the Org structure will be different offshore and onshore, you should be having Two Org Charts one for offshore and another for onshore. Its basically to see where in the hierarchy are you currently and you will be, once in US. This is my opinion, not legal advice.

Well, I am at Onsite now and I am manager for the offshore team and the onsite team. I have 3 subordinates at Onsite and 22 at Offshore. So my question was if I should provide one orgchart with 3 subordinates and other with 22 subordinates or should I provide just one orgchart with 25 Subordinates? make sense?

Just prepare one org chart with all your subordinates and keep in simple.

Not a legal advice. Use of this information is strictly at your own risk.
