L2 EAD renewal

Hi,

I am on L2 EAD and My Husband is on L1 Valid till Jan-2013. Now My Husband's company is filing his L2 Extention (Premium process). in this case my L2 will also go for extension. My questions are:

A) Do I need to go for EAD extention just after I get new L2 or I can wait till my EAD expires. (vaild till Sep 2013)?
B) since my EAD is valid till Sep 2013, can I work with this EAD until I get the new EAD.

>>> There is no need to file the EAD extension now. You can keep working on the existing EAD and file the extension 6 months prior to your existing EAD expiry date.

B) since my EAD is valid till Sep 2012, can I work with this EAD until I get the new EAD.
>>> Is your EAD expiring in Sept 2012 or 2013? In the rpevious question you have mentioned it as 2013 and here you have mentioned it as 2012. Check your question before you post it. It is too confusing. If your EAD is expiring in 2012, then you have to file the EAD extension along with the L2 extension. Yo cannot work after the EAD expire until you get the new EAD.
