Visa appointment through VFS

Can any body guide me, as I am scheduling visa appointment through VFS for Kolkata, and after entering phone number, CEAC barcode, home delivery address, directly family/co-worker page is coiming, which is ready for confirmation, without selection of a appointment date. I tried for 2-3 times, still selection of appointment date is not coming. plz guide me...
