L1B help for filling USCiS application !

Hi All,

Just need your help, had appeared for L2 visa last year howeve it was not granted to me since main applicant (L1) it self couldnt clear the interview and VO didn't asked any questions to me that time.

and now whe i am applying for L1B my self ..do i need to mentioned that my L2 was rejected ( or ?) last year while filling USCIS application for L1B this time ?

Yes in the DS 160 you will have to mention that you had your L2 rejected. There is a comments section so write down why it was rejected. Dont worry, it wont have any negative impact on your application
