L1 A - EB1 filling

I changed from L1 B to L1 A recently in the US. My GC was filed in EB2 category, I hear we can file again in EB1, does anyone know if that is true and what category will qualify?

EB1 is only for multinational Managers which means that you should have been performing Manager duties for at least 1 year before entering US with the same employer as you are working with now. Check with your attorney if you qualify - L1A doesn't necessarily mean EB1
