L1B(individual) Rejection

Hi,

My L1B(Individual) visa application was rejected by USCIS on 4th July 2012. I would like to know if there are any other avenues open for me now besides H1B?

You can try for L1A if you qualify. You can try appearing for L1B (blanket) interview but chances are very less considering your individual petition was rejected. Outside of this; no chance really
