Hello All,
I am currently working on EAD which is to expire by Aug 15th 2012. I had already applied for a renewal on 23rd Apr 2012 with VSC through my company's attorney. So far the EAD is still under initial review. Last week, I approached my attorney as the case is pending for more than 90 days. So my attorney requested an expedite with VSC and it was accepted. I received a mail from my attorney which he received from VSC that there will be a decision in 10 business days. In parallel my employer had applied for H1B and it was approved. I am clueless what else I can do at this moment on what needs to be done. I have some questions here
1) Is there anything else I can do to expedite my EAD case other than what I have done so far?
2) If VSC says that I should hear something from them with in 10 business days, does it mean that I will get a decision before 10 business days or what else does it mean?
3) What is the best course of action here before my H1B becomes active? All these(H1B,EAD and EAD renewal) are filed by the same employer.
Any advice will be of immense help
