Hi,
I applied for my L1B extension and got H1B also applied thru two companies.None of the two companies have extension receipt.Now I have got L1B approved till Aug 2013 and though I asked both the companues to apply for H1B thru consular processing but I am afraid that if any one of them have applied it in COS mode and approval of any H1B comes before Oct 1st.How can I ensure that I continue on L1B and don;t have to switch to H1B.The reason I don;t want to switch is because my husband's job in US is not gauranteed as he is on 6th year of H1B and it may take his company another 5-6 months to file for GC.
So basically How can I ensure that I continue on L1B and don;t have to switch to H1B in any condition till I want to do it.
