My I 94 is expriing on Dec-14 2012.I got an RFE for my L1B Extension on August 9 2012.
1. Please let me know what are all the other options that I am having if my RFE is denied to stay back in US(other than canada option)?
2. What is the deadline I will be having to respond for my RFE ? fyi my L1B Extension is filed thru Premium processing.
3. I got my PERM Approved recently will it helps in any way to clear my RFE ? and I have applied for I 140.
