I heard that if the married person appears with family for the visa interview, the chances of approval are more. Not sure if this is true.
My company is planning for L1A blanket for me. But now there is a rule in our company to send the employee alone for the visa interview just to save some bucks. If the visa is approved, then they will start the processing for spouse and kids.
If anyone has any idea/know the trend, pls let me know. Thanks in advance.
