1. Do we need a professional degree for L1b Blanket ?
2. How long will it take to get the petition approved from USCIS

Will USCIS provide approval the petition individually for each person filing under a blanket L1B petition or is the the form I-129S is issued by teh company having the blanket approval?

Generally your company should give 3 copies of the I129S to you. Carry all the three and hand over to the Visa Officer at the consulate, if approved they sign and stamp and return One to you and sometimes the extra copes are sent back to the company. Along with the 797, and other documents, You should carry the signed and sealed copy of the I129 to the immigration officer while entering US.
