L1B to L1A conversion
Hi Team,
I have valid petition for L1B until April 2013. My company is planning to convert it into L1A. I have below questions.
1) Do we need I 94 validity of 6 months or more to apply L1A?
2) I have total experience of 13 yrs. Managerial experience at onsite is of 4 years and project lead experience of 2 years at offshore. Is that sufficient for L1A?
3) If L1A conversion gets rejected, can I still continue my stay on the basis of valid L1B petition until April 2013 or I need to leave country after 15 days from rejection of L1A conversion ?
4) Is L1A sufficient criteria for upgrading GC category form EB2 to EB1?
