I am planning to apply L2 visa for my spouse and kid. I was going through the internet and I am confused about one thing. I have a blanket petition for my L1 visa.
for L2 visa i will be giving a photocopy of my I-797 form, the big question I have is do I have to give my original stamped I-129S form or the photocopy will work for the L2 visa.
As initially I had three copies of I-129S with my self. One was taken by the immigration officer in the consulate and the other was kept by the immigration person at USA port.
The original if I pass to my wife then will the immigration officer will keep it with himself or return it back. As i will be needing that in future.
IF anyone has applied for the L2 visa recently in New delhi consulate while having L1 visa( blanket petition). Please help me.
