Need help H1 transfer
Hi,
I am currently working for company A with valid H1B in US and going to transfer my H1B to Company B, during the transfer process I am travelling back to India with transfer receipt number and return back with company B petition document. Currently I have company A visa stamping in my passport which is valid till Dec-2015 .
so my concern is , if I travel during April-14 and Return in one month that is month of May-14 , do I need to go for stamping under company B again ?
