Help needed regarding TN Visa

Hello there. I really need some help. I am a canadian and I am a nuclear medicine technologist graduated from a university in US. Currently having trouble getting answer regarding TN visa. The question is, does nuclear medicine technologist fall under the catagory as medical technologist. Do I need visa screening for obtaining TV visa, and how long does it takes. Thank you so much. I am wondering if you found a solution for this. My wife is certified nuclear medicine technologist as well and wondering if it is worthwhile applying for a job if she'll be able to get a TN visa under the medical technologist catagory?
