Hi,
I petitioned my parents from the Philippines but did not include my 12 year old brother in the petition. My parents have been in the United States now for over 2 years and are planning to file a petition for my brother.
Someone told me that I could have included my brother when I filed for my parents which would have save us money.
My question is, can we still open the old petition that I filed for my parents to have my brother be included in the petition, or is it now too late to do that and my parents have to submit a new petition for him?
