I was wondering what the wait time is for a I-30 to be approved. I am from the U.S. and I am petitioning my wife who is from Singapore. I received a notice that my I-30 was received on Jan 15, 2016 and reviewed on Jan 26, 2016. I'm wondering if I provided the proper paper works in which I did. I've seen that normal wait time is 5 months. So does the time start counting when they received it or reviewed it? Hoping someone can answer my questions

The immigrant visa processing for I-130 would take about 2-3 months of processing at National Visa Center. And about 5 months in overseas US Embassy or Consulate. Within 6 months of time period you can expect it.Datascribe LPO -

I am in usa on an A2 visa and I am out of status.I am getting married in afew weeks but my visa will be expires as well.Will I be able to adjust status to green card in the USA?if so how long does it take.I am really desperate.Thank you all.Comment
