Hello please help me with my question, hoping to get some answers. We are currently under Family Petition going to California, It is under Sister / Brother Visa, our papers were processed since 1995, we are waiting now for 21 years, I was 5years of age since they process our papers and now I am 26 years old, still Single, My question is, Can I still come with my parents as soon as the visa release even if I'm no longer 21 since our paper was processed. We are expecting the visa next year I just don't know if I can still come with them.
