I am going to file my petition for my wife who is doing CPT right now with F1 status. What kind of documents I should prepare for filing her petition.? Furthermore, Do I need to file I 485 "Adjustment of status" and I 765 "Application for employment authorization"?. She already have employment authorization for one year in CPT.
