DS-160 form

Hi All,
I need urgent help to fill my DS-160 form. My previous passport does not have Surname in it and my B1 visa issues to my old passport. I have renewed my passport and bifurcated the given name and surname in it. Now I am filling my DS-160 form for L1 visa , Do I need to provide my previous passport Given Name "FNU" and Surname - XXXX YYYY under Other Name section?
Below are the details

• Old Passport details
• Given Name – XXXX YYYYY
• Surname -

• B1 Visa Details
• Given Name – FNU
• Surname – XXXX YYYY

I have bifurcated first Name and Last name in my new Passport
Given Name – XXXX
Surname - YYYY

Hi Member,
Yes. Please provide your previous passport details as per that. If you have any changes in new passport then update the same too. This will help you to not hide anything.
