  • H1b Visa transfer

My employer has filed my I-140 and its approved but 180 days is not yet completed still 25 days are remaining. Now I have a good job offer from another Company, so my question is what if the new company transfer my visa before the completion of 180 days of I-140 approval but I will join the new company once the 180 days will complete. So, in this case can my previous employer revoke my i-140?

If you don't work for the employer who sponsors your H-1B, he is REQUIRED to tell the state department and your visa will be cancelled. Frankly, you're screwing him over, so I don't see any reason why he should break the law to accomodate you.

There's no such thing as an H-1B transfer (though people frequently call it that). The new sponsor will need to apply for a new H-1B for you, though some steps are not required because you've already done them.
