I am facing a problem and I'd appreciate it if someone would guide me on this.
Couple of years ago I filled DS-260 and submitted. Now I would like to continue my case, I paid the fees again and NVC asks to submit the docs. All of them are ready to submit. However based on CEAS instruction: go to “Start Now” buttons located under Affidavit of Support Documents and Civil Documents. “Start Now” buttons located under Affidavit of Support Documents and Civil Documents. I cannot see "Start Now" because I had filled my DS260 couple of years ago? I contacted NVC few times and yet no reply.
I am wondering if anyone has faced this issue or any solutions for this. I really really appreciate your great help.
