Visitor to work visa?

Hi,could u please let me know,is it possible to come to US for visit visa, after my arrival I would find an employer who would file for working visa or green card for me? Thank you

see getting a work visa is not so easy... that too going for visit visas and changing it to work visa is not possible.you better try to get work visa through some consultant and procceed. thats the best method and the consultant will find a suitable job for you which matches your profile.you can search in yahoo and google and search for these consultants. you can be placed easily. all the best
