Urgent help needed on B2 visa

Hi,
I am working on H1B and my wife worked here on L1B,she went to india for delivery. we are planning to bring my In-Laws along with my wife & kid,My wife is going to work on L1B when she comes here.can i sponsor visitor visa for In-Laws as my wife is not working here currently? If yes do i need to mention my wife details on I134 form as Partially dependent or fully dependent?

Anybody can sponsor in laws visa. That should not be a problem. If your wife is going to come here on L1B, it means she is being transferred from India by a company (sponsoring her L1B) on work right. She may be on Maternity now but still since she is on rolls of a company so I dont think she is dependant on you.
