My husband got a job in the US, when we went to US ambassy in our country, they stamped one year in passport, then when we came in, in the US, they stamped 3 years on the I-94 form. My question is, could we go beck in our country, and come in again here, after expiring this period from one year, or can we got this visa here in the US?
