I and my husband moved to USA under R1 VISA. Our petition was filed for three years. I traveled to my home country for an urgent matter only to find we were issued 2 years visa and that my VISA had expired. Just wondering how long does it take to renew another R1 visa petition since we have one more year of our contract , is it going to be charged like last time when we filled it cos it was expensive. If it takes long since I have two young ones 5 and 6 year old can the Embassy issue me a visitors Visa to enter Usa as we wait for the petition. Plis advice me cos it's very urgent.
