  • I-360 petition

Hello, I am here again because I need your help. Please give me information and advice.

My situation: My husband is a minister and he is on R-1 visa now and I and my daughter are on R-2.
We would like to get green card.
    My questions:

1.The first step, my husband files Form I-360. This is right? I-360 includs a question about spouse and children of petitioner. It is enough that we are represented there, or I and my daughter have to file separately?
2.My husband has three children from his first marriage but they don`t want to live in US, they have not R-2 visas and two of them is more than 21 years old. One of them is 20 years old. We must to represent them on I-360?
3.My husband has been a minister for 22 years. But he has been working in US since february of 2007 only. Before he has been working abroad, but the religious denomination is same, he has been member of this denimination for 28 years. We can try now, or we have to wait at february of 2009?

Thank you in advence your answers.
    Soraya
