I hope I can get a good advice here
I married an american citzen in the US, came back with him to Saudi Arabia where I live and work. am Palestinian refugee born in Saudi holding a travel document from Egypt.
ws married for five years, i have two children both American passport holders.
he divorced me and left a year ago, we have not agreed on custody of children or support, he just left..
I know he has a child support case against him in the US and he does not want me to go to US to sue him for custody there...he has not been paying for a while... he is in France somewhere.
I have had it here in Saudi, I want to move to the USA and raise kids there as school will be cheaper, am paying a fortune here to have them go to international schools. I have to live a low profile life so I can have the custody of my kids, if I marry again here, he is entitled to take my daughter at age 7 automatically....
my son is 6 , my daughter is 3.
he never filed for green card for me.
what the best way to move to US?
