Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide spiritual mentorship to women in our faith community
- Disciple and invest in new believers to help them grow in their faith
- Chart worship music for use in evangelistic and community outreach events
- Prepare the music/AV elements for outreach events and services
- Assist in exploring new ministry opportunities, particularly within the Navajo Nation (AZ & NM)
- Help organize religious events, retreats, and mission trips
- Room and board provided by the organization
- Domestic travel costs covered
- Weekly stipend of $100
- Commitment of 35 hours per week
- Whether the proposed title and duties align well with USCIS standards for “religious occupation”
- Whether the compensation model (room, board, stipend) is likely to satisfy USCIS requirements for verifiable support
- Any additional documentation or structuring tips that could strengthen the petition
