I am a F1 student travelling between semester to India. My father was sick and was at home So I have to come here in India. Now, I just came here for 2 weeks in India.I am rturning this week to USA. I have some doubts. Altough my i-20 is signed and my DSO gave me letter.I am worried thta CBP officr miht deny entry to USA. As I don't have a specific documentof my fathers sickness. I am doing my Thesisi now so don't also have any classes except 3 credit hours and I am taking reduced courseload now..I never had a DUI,Misdemenour, worked on CPT legally ,worked oncampus as Graduate asssistant legally.But I am worried that The cbp officer might find something out and dny entry. What are the consewuences that I might be denied entry to USA?The only thing that matters me is that I had a car accident in my accident but no police case was register and my insurance company has not been able to contact the other party.Thats not a misdemenuer right?
