Travelling during OPt

Hi everybody,

I would my be thankful if anybody could advise me if travelling during OPT is advisable. Is it risky to travel once I get my EAD card.

You can travel during OPT, but when you come back do make sure you have a letter from your employer that you have a job waiting for you to complete and thereby ur intention is to get practical experience from what course you have taken during the school.

Advise based on few friend's feedback - do get a job i mean if you are able to get H1-b visa and get it stamped and then go home for vacation so that you wont be stressed out and thereby enjoy ur vacation
