I would really appreciate your input on this one.
I came to the US in F2 visa and my husband was MS student with F1 visa in a university. After I came here I changed my status to F1 and went to a community college. I went on to earn an associate degree last year and I am on OPT right now that expires in 3 months. I could not get any job with that degree and have not worked on my OPT. Now I want to go back to dependent F2 status on my husband's F1. The thing is he is on OPT too that was effective few weeks ago and he works full-time. Does my not working during my OPT affect my application to change of status from OPT (F1) to F2? If it does, is there any way I could have it corrected because I still have 3 more months on my OPT? Thank you for any input!!
