CHANGE OF STATUS FROM F2 VISA TO F1 VISA- RFE query

HI,

I got RFE query on Oct last week stating the simple financial documents is not sufficient. i showed solvency statement from bank stating that my father can sponsor 40,000 us dollars and did not show any transaction . i only showed solvency bank statement and affidavit of support from notary.

can any one help me how to go ahead with this query.

can my father deposit the money and show now in the bank and also my wife is graduate student can she show the living expenses from her account.
my father is agriculturalist and he cannot show any kind of paystubs.

please guide me on this case

There is no easy answer to this. What you have submitted isn't enough so you received the RFE, my only thought is to provide more documentation like tax documents but if you don't have anything then there is no good answer to your situation.
