I have applied H4 to F1 and got RFE on this.
1) The address that you have provided with your application is Redmond, Wa. But your Intended school, YYYY X University is located in YYYY X, CA. Please provide a statement indicating how you plan to attend classes at this institution while living in Redmond
2) “Please submit a letter from your designated school official (Foreign student advisor) that states the date the school was first contacted on your behalf and the date you filed your application for admission to the school”
“In addition, your status in the electronic SEVIS system is “Canceled”. Please have your designated school official correct your status with in the electronics SEVIS system”
3) You have submitted documentary evidence related to a foreign bank account held by your husband.Please provide additional documentation related to this account, in the form of the three most recent bank statements issued prior to time of filing.
Could you please help me on this.
