Full Time On Campus Employment

I want to know what is legal limit to work on campus for an F1-Visa Holder, Full time in Summer Break. The Library where I work said they won't allow more than 30 hours per week. The ICE website at> http://www.ice.gov/sevis/employment lists Full time summer on campus employment as 40 Hours. I'm concerned if the website information is obsolete/outdated. Does anyone know for sure what is the actual legal limit on number of working hours on campus in Summer (or any Academic Break) WITHOUT causing any violation of the F1 Visa terms? ... Thanks

Talked to the DSO, the legal limit is 30 Hours in Summer and 40 Hours in Winter holidays.
