I changed my institute after my masters i.e. doing phd in another school, is it correct I am not eligible for dropbox?
After payment, I did not get a dropbox letter and it took me to schedule appointment page.
I did a mistake while while choosing an appointment date. I was confused why I did not get the drop box letter, so I was checking my application once again on this site https://cgifederal.secure.force.com . By mistake I clicked on new application instead of continue, now I lost all my previous information. I am so worried now because I don't want to pay VISA fee again.
I will talk to customer care tomorrow as they don't work on Saturday. If anyone have any idea about the above two, please let me know as soon as possible.
