Hey everybody
I've applied for visa change of status from visitor to student visa to study english. I received a letter from uscis asking for "proof of residence" of my home country which is Australia(I'm an immigrant in Australia). I assume it should be home renting contract or something like that. The problem is I live here in U.S. and my husband works in Dubai and commutes back and forth so we no longer live in Australia and I explained to the uscis that the reason I want to study english in U.S. and not in Australia (since both are english speaking countries) is that my husband works outside of Australia and I prefered to study in U.S. where my family lives so I won't be alone! My question is how should I provide proof of residence while we do not live in Australia anymore?? Is bank account enough? Please please help me
