Hello, I have been in America on H1B for 5 years. My I140 is approved and priority Date is apr 2013. I am unhappy with my job function/industry and want to get an MBA from a top school to move into Finance/consulting. I will not do an Executive MBA.

I have read that my i140 will become a problem. Is it true that after working here for so long, I cannot study here? What is the solution to this problem?
