I have visa interview appointment this week, but I cannot retrieve my DS-160 form and complete this. first, I enter Ds-160 ID, but when I enter my surname and year of birthday, it says that they are not mach with ID. I am sure that I enter all info correctly. I have interview in a few days and I really need this form. Please help me if anyone ever has faced this problem. I appreciate your response.
