HELP !!! F1 Visa -> H1 while waiting for OPT allowed?

Hey guys, plsss help me
I have a situation:

I am on F1 visa, applied for my OPT (which should be here in may end). I am graduating in may end as well (masters).

1. Can my potential employer apply simultaneously for my H1 right now before my OPT arrives?
2. Is that doable? Or am I supposed to wait for OPT..and then only file for H1 ?
3. Can OPT and H1 process simultaneously (USCIS) ?

Pls pls let me know.

Mine was similar case as of urs. According to my experience and many other friends of mine your OPT should arrive by the time you graduate (may end). You can start working on OPT while your employer files for H1.

Note: You OPT should start atleast on the day when u join ur employer, otherwise you are not authorized to work.
